It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Product

"Pre-loved Good" generally means that the item has been previously owned and used, but is still in good condition overall. However, there may be some signs of wear or minor flaws, such as small stains or minor damage, that are reflected in the price.

On the other hand, "pre-loved excellent" typically refers to an item that has never been used or used a week or less but is in almost like-new condition. It has no signs of wear, and any flaws or imperfections.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Make sure to make an unboxing video when you recieve the order as a proof that the damage is not caused by the customer.
